Most people come to us for custom private label candles — but we also offer a few specialty services that go a step further. If you’ve ever wanted to duplicate a scent you already love, decorate a vessel with your brand’s artwork, or fill containers you already own, this post is for you. Here’s exactly how each service works, what’s included, and how to get started.
Service 01
Scent Matching & Duplication
You have a fragrance you love — maybe it’s a discontinued candle, a hotel scent you can’t stop thinking about, or a perfume oil you’ve been using for years. Our scent matching service lets you turn that reference into your own proprietary fragrance, poured into a candle line that’s completely yours.
We work with your reference sample to develop a duplication that captures the character of the original. It’s not a knockoff — it’s your version, tuned for candle performance and clean ingredients. Once approved, it becomes part of your private label line and can’t be sold to anyone else.

What do I need to provide?
A physical sample of the scent you’d like duplicated — a candle, perfume, reed diffuser, or fragrance oil. The closer to the original, the better our match.
Is the $500 fee refundable?
It’s not refundable, but 50% is credited toward your first production order. So if you move forward, you’re only paying $250 to get your custom scent developed.
What if the match isn’t perfect on the first round?
Fragrance matching is a process. We’ll work through iterations (the first one is free) with you until you’re happy, then move into production.

Custom Glass Vessel Decoration
If a standard label isn’t enough — and for some brands, it isn’t — our custom glass vessel decoration service lets you go further. We offer pad printing and screen printing directly on glass, so your branding is part of the vessel itself, not just what’s wrapped around it.
This service is ideal for luxury product lines, retail launches, and brands that want something genuinely distinctive on the shelf. You choose from our curated library of vessels, we decorate them with your artwork, and the result is a product that’s hard to replicate and impossible to ignore.

Can I bring my own vessel?
For this service, clients select from our vessel library. This ensures the glass is compatible with our decoration process and performs well through production.
What’s the sample fee for?
Before committing to a full run, you’ll receive a decorated sample to approve the artwork, color, and finish. The sample fee starts at $250 and varies based on complexity.
Is this right for my brand?
If you’re launching a retail product, building a luxury line, or need something that stands out at events and gifting moments, decorated glass is worth the investment. It’s not the right fit for short-run or test campaigns — the 1,000-unit minimum reflects the production involved.

Client Vessel Filling Program
Already have vessels? We’ll fill them. This program is designed for clients who have sourced their own containers — whether custom-commissioned glass, branded vessels from another supplier, or a specific vessel you’ve already invested in — and need a trusted manufacturer to handle the pour.
You ship your vessels to our LA facility. We fill them with your chosen fragrance from our 150+ scent library (or a custom scent you’ve already developed with us), and ship them back ready for retail, gifting, or distribution.
Because every vessel performs differently, a paid burn test is required before production. This ensures the scent throw, wick size, and burn quality meet our standards — and yours.

Why is a burn test required?
Every vessel — its diameter, glass thickness, and opening — affects how the candle burns. A burn test lets us confirm the right wick, wax fill, and scent load before we pour a full production run. It protects you from a batch that doesn’t perform the way it should.
What vessels are compatible?
Reach out before shipping anything — we’ll review your vessel specs and confirm compatibility upfront. Not every container is suitable for candle production, and we’d rather flag that before you commit.
Can I use a scent I’ve already developed with you?
Yes. If you’ve gone through our scent-matching process or selected a fragrance from our library in a previous order, that scent is on file and ready to use.
