Our client vessel filling program is designed for brands, designers, and buyers who have already sourced their own containers and need a trusted manufacturing partner to bring them to life. Whether you've found a specialty glass, a ceramic piece, or a custom vessel from an overseas supplier — if it burns safely, we can fill it.

Custom scent formulation using our 150+ phthalate-free fragrance library. Clean coconut wax blend, every batch.

Wick determined by your vessel's diameter and depth for a clean, even burn every time.

Burn Testing & Review
Required before full production. We assess compatibility and performance, then share our findings before you commit.

Label Application
Applied to your finished candles if print-ready artwork is provided. We can advise on label specs.

Quality Check
Every unit reviewed before it leaves our studio. We hold the same standard for your vessel as we do for ours.

Fulfillment
Finished candles shipped back to you upon completion. Bulk shipping and palletization available.
VESSEL REQUIREMENTS
What makes a vessel work
To ensure a safe, high-quality burn, submitted vessels must meet the following criteria. Not sure if yours qualifies? Reach out — we're happy to take a look.
Material
Glass or ceramic preferred. Metal vessels evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Opening Diameter
Minimum 2.5 inches recommended for optimal wicking and burn performance.
Quantity
Minimum order quantities vary based on vessel type and run size. Reach out and we'll put together a custom quote.
Condition
Vessels must arrive clean, undamaged, and free of any coatings on the interior.
Burn Test Sample Set
Required before full production. A sample set of 6–12 vessels must be submitted prior to scheduling your run.
HOW IT WORKS
From inquiry to finished candles in five steps

Inquiry
Tell us about your vessel — dimensions, material, quantity, and scent direction. We'll confirm fit and next steps.

Sample Submission
Send us 6–12 vessels for burn testing. We handle assessment — you get our findings before committing to anything.
03
Burn Test Review
We assess wick compatibility and fill capacity. Allow 2–3 weeks. If the vessel passes, we move to scheduling. If not, you'll know exactly why.
04
Approval & Production
Once approved, ship your full quantity and we'll schedule your production run. All vessels must arrive before production begins.
05
Fulfillment
Finished candles shipped back to you upon completion. Bulk shipping and palletization available for larger runs.

Client vessels are filled at a per-unit rate — pricing is shared after inquiry review based on vessel specs and quantity.
We do not source, procure, or warehouse vessels on your behalf — that part stays with you.
Vessels that fail burn testing are returned with our full findings. No guesswork, no ghosting.
Fragrance selection follows our 150+ scent library. Custom blends available — contact us to discuss.
